General Objective: promoting entrepreneurial culture in order to increase adaptability and flexibility of workforce and enterprises by creating a Centre or promoting Entrepreneurial Culture in the following regions: Central, North-East and Bucharest by implementing a complex program of integrated services.

The general objective of the project: Promoting the active integration of individuals into the workforce by offering an integrated program of services aimed at the unemployed individuals of Brasov. The project aims to deliver a complex package of services (information dissemination, evaluation of skills, counseling and professional guidance, training, introduction of new skills and competences, consultancy and assistance for start-ups) who’s goal is to identify individual needs and implement a personalized course of action to increase their chances for employment.

The specific objective of the project is: offering certification opportunities for jobs that are in demand on the current market for 100 individuals residing in Brasov and Covasna counties, with the aim of actively integrating them into the workforce. The portfolio of suggested professions: hotel chamber maid, caretaker, sales representative, mason-stonemason-plasterer, computer operator.

The general objective of the project is to amplify the active measures taken to integrate individuals into the workforce, as a systemic instrument aimed at stimulating the workforce; this will assist the Romanian Government to implement regional development policies, and, as a consequence, will increase the economic and social potential of those regions affected by industrial restructuring.
The aim of the project is to encourage the development of an entrepreneurial spirit by offering a complex package of specialized services (consulting services for start-ups, as well as the necessary training) to a group of 30 potential entrepreneurs.
